Why terraces deteriorate
Outdoor terraces are exposed to damp, calima dust, temperature changes and constant use. Over the years this leads to algae, stubborn stains and a loss of colour. In many cases the floor looks worn out when the real problem is dirt embedded in the pores of the material.
The most common problems on terraces
- Algae in damp, shaded corners
- Embedded stains that won't come out
- Darkened paving from accumulated dirt
- Slippery surfaces after rain
Materials we treat
- Hydraulic tiles
- Outdoor porcelain and ceramic tiles
- Natural stone
- Concrete and stamped concrete
- Terrazzo
How we do it
We identify the material and the cause of the problem, test pressure and product on a hidden area, apply a specific treatment and clean with controlled pressure. The terrace can be used the same day.
How much does it cost?
From €295 including IGIC tax. The exact price depends on size and condition. Send us photos on WhatsApp for a fixed quote.
FAQ
Do I need to be at home during the service?
Not necessarily. If we have access to the terrace and a water point, we can work while you are out, which is common with holiday homes and owners living abroad.
How long does the result last?
With basic maintenance, a professionally cleaned terrace stays clean far longer than one washed at home, and optional sealing extends it further.
