Not just water under pressure
Pressure washing is a technical treatment adapted to each material, not just pointing a machine at the floor. Damp, salt and calima embed dirt in the pores; only the right combination of chemistry, pressure and flow removes it without damage.
Professional versus domestic equipment
- Pressure: domestic machines work at 100–140 bar; our professional equipment works at 230 bar and reaches the pores.
- Flow: a domestic machine moves 6–8 litres per minute; ours 13–15. Flow is what actually carries dirt away.
- Control: nozzles and pressure are adjusted for each surface, from low pressure for delicate stone to full power on concrete.
The risk of doing it wrong
Pressure used badly opens pores, lifts joints, strips stamped concrete colour and erodes natural stone. That's why we always run a test on a hidden area first.
Where we use it
Terraces, patios, driveways, car parks, communal areas, warehouses and loading bays across Gran Canaria.
