With Zona 1, terrace or patio cleaning starts at €295 including IGIC tax.
What affects the price
1. Square metres: the larger the area, the lower the price per metre.
2. Condition: established black algae or years without maintenance take more work.
3. Type of dirt: calima, algae, salt, oil or rust each need a specific treatment.
4. Material: tiles, stone and stamped concrete need different pressures and chemicals.
5. Access and drainage.
6. Protection: whether you want the floor sealed.
Basic cleaning, technical cleaning and restoration
Basic cleaning removes surface dirt. Technical cleaning treats what's in the pores. Restoration recovers a floor that looks finished, at around 90% less than replacing it.
